THE DETAILS MATTER

Terms of service.

Clear terms. A better starting point.

1. Who we are

Nivispot is the digital software-template brand by Nivibox, operated by Muhammad Adeel, an independent software developer based in Pakistan. We create downloadable app and game source-code templates. Contact: [email protected].

These terms govern use of this website and licenses supplied by Nivispot. The launch collection is currently in development; the website does not accept orders or payments yet. Published package descriptions are launch specifications, and previews are design concepts.

2. Products, prices, and purchases

Each purchase will cover one selected template under one license tier. Basic is US$9, Standard is US$19, and Pro is US$39, paid once per template. There are no recurring subscriptions. Applicable taxes will be calculated and disclosed at checkout before payment.

Before sales open, the applicable Paddle product and price must match the product and price on this website. For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle will be the merchant of record and authorized reseller handling payment, tax, receipts, and payment-related refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms will also apply to that transaction. No payment is accepted through email.

3. What you receive

The selected template’s page lists its files, format, prerequisites, and planned features. After sales open, verified payment will be followed by a ZIP download link to the checkout email within one business day. Keep a copy of your receipt and downloaded files. Contact us if delivery fails.

Templates are editable development starting points. Hosting, a backend, paid services, AI tools, app-store accounts, custom development, and native mobile builds are excluded unless expressly stated in the purchased product listing.

4. Your commercial license

After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to modify the selected template and use it to create finished end products. Nivispot retains ownership of the original template. Your original additions remain yours.

  • Basic: one developer, one commercial end product for your own brand.
  • Standard: one developer, up to three commercial end products, including client work.
  • Pro: a team of up to five developers within one organization, with unlimited commercial end products, including client work.

An end product is a distinct app or game offered to end users; updates and versions of that same product do not count again. A separately branded or separately sold product counts as another end product. These limits apply separately to each purchased template.

You may charge for access to a finished end product. Under Standard or Pro, you may transfer a finished client project, including necessary source, to that client for operating and maintaining that project; the client cannot reuse the underlying template for other products. Contractors working on your project count toward your developer limit. A refunded or lawfully terminated license no longer grants permission to use the template.

5. Sharing and third-party materials

Do not resell, sublicense, distribute, or make the template source available as a template, starter kit, library, asset pack, or competing product. Do not publish the original template in a public repository or share downloads with unlicensed users. Editable assets may be used in your end product, not distributed on their own.

Third-party dependencies retain their own licenses. Keep required copyright and attribution notices. You are responsible for reviewing the rights and terms of any additional code, AI output, fonts, imagery, or services you add.

6. Support and updates

Setup support begins on the purchase date: seven calendar days for Basic, 30 for Standard, and 90 for Pro. Email support covers installation and reproducible issues with the supplied, unmodified version. It excludes custom features, integration work, and deployment management. Support hours and response times are not guaranteed.

A purchase includes the version described at checkout. There is no promise of lifetime updates, future feature releases, or compatibility with every third-party tool. The commercial license continues after the support window ends, unless terminated under these terms.

7. Refunds and responsibility

See our refund policy for requests and remedies. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights. You are responsible for testing, securing, and operating your finished product and complying with relevant platform rules. We do not guarantee revenue, app-store approval, or fitness for a particular business.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of a template. Any applicable mandatory rights and remedies take priority over these terms.

8. Changes and questions

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms supplied at the time of purchase govern that purchase; later changes do not reduce existing statutory rights. Contact [email protected] about licensing, access, or these terms.
